Preoccupations have returned with their latest offering, "Arrangements", and it's safe to say that they haven't missed a beat. The Canadian post-punk outfit have crafted an album that is equal parts brooding and electrifying, with enough angular guitar riffs and pulsating basslines to keep even the most jaded listener on their toes.
