Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidance in the Help section of our site.
Provided you notify us that you want to cancel or return your order:
  • within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, or
  • within 30 days of dispatch if the item arrives damaged, is defective, is faulty, or was sent to you in error,
and you return the item in line with the process below, we will either refund the cost of the item or, where appropriate, repair or replace it.

We may refuse a return where the issue has been caused by misuse of the product. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to Return an ItemTo return a product within the timeframes above, please contact us through the Help section of the site and let us know that you wish to return it.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error, please tell us when you contact us.

We will then provide you with:
  • a returns reference number, and
  • details of how and where to send the item back.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please return the item to the address we provide, clearly marked with your returns reference number, as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after notifying us of cancellation.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.

You must take reasonable care of any item you wish to return. Please return all items in their original packaging, with all parts and manuals included, and in an undamaged condition wherever possible.

Additional rules for CDs, vinyl and other physical mediaIn addition to the general returns process above, the following rules apply to audio recordings, including CDs and vinyl, and certain other physical media products sold on our site:

Non-faulty itemsThese must be returned sealed and with the original packaging fully intact.

Faulty itemsIf a faulty item has been opened or unsealed, licensing restrictions may mean that we can only offer an exchange for the same title in the same format, rather than a refund.

Promotional and multi-buy offersItems purchased as part of a promotion or multi-buy offer may be subject to additional conditions.

For example:
  • you may need to return all items bought as part of the promotion in order to receive a refund, or
  • you may only be eligible to exchange the item for a replacement or another product included in the same promotion.
