Our Take

Impromptu Joe, Slim Jim Phantom, and Wildcat Vandala, better known as HEADCAT, have come storming back onto the scene with their latest album "Walk the Walk". This trio of rockabilly rebels has been strutting their stuff since the 90s, and their latest offering does not disappoint.

From the moment the needle drops on the vinyl, you can feel the infectious energy of the trio pulsating through the speakers. The album kicks off with the title track, a rollicking tune that sets the tone for the rest of the record. Impromptu Joe's gravelly vocals blend perfectly with Slim Jim's pounding drums and Wildcat's blazing guitar licks.

One standout track is "Wild One", a high-octane ode to living life on the edge. The lyrics are a raucous celebration of rebellion, perfectly complemented by the blistering guitar work of Wildcat Vandala. You can practically feel the sweat dripping off the strings as he shreds his way through the solo.
