Our Take
Ah, the debut EP from the mysterious duo VIRGINS, aptly titled "Virgins." Right off the bat, this collection of tracks is a rollercoaster of emotions, like riding a unicorn through a disco ball-filled galaxy. The opening track, "Intergalactic Love Affair," is a funky, synth-laden bop that will have you grooving in no time. It's like if Daft Punk and ABBA had a love child, and that child started a band with aliens. Next up is "Neon Nights," a shimmering slice of electro-pop that transports you to a neon-drenched dancefloor in the heart of 80s London. It's like New Order meets Kylie Minogue, with a dash of Duran Duran thrown in for good measure. But it's the final track, "Euphoria," that really steals the show.
