With influences ranging from The Stone Roses to The Cure, Viola Beach have managed to carve out their own unique sound that is equal parts nostalgic and fresh. Their debut self-titled EP garnered them a loyal following and critical acclaim, with tracks like "Swings and Waterslides" and "Boys That Sing" becoming instant anthems for the indie crowd. Tragically, the promising career of Viola Beach was cut short in a devastating accident in 2016. However, their music lives on, a testament to the talent and spirit of these young musicians.
