Our Take
Our Take
Royal Blood, the dynamic duo hailing from Brighton, are back with their highly anticipated third album, "Trouble's Coming." And let me tell you, trouble is definitely coming... in the form of face-melting riffs and thunderous beats.
From the moment the opening track kicks in, you know you're in for a wild ride. The signature Royal Blood sound is still very much present – gritty, riff-heavy rock that hits you right in the gut. But there's something new here, a sense of evolution and growth. It's like they've taken their classic sound and cranked it up to 11.
Lead single and title track "Trouble's Coming" is an absolute banger, with its infectious groove and killer guitar work. It's the kind of song that makes you want to jump up and down, throw your fists in the air, and maybe even break something (in a good way, of course).
But it's not all just balls-to-the-wall rockers. Tracks like "Million and One" and "Limbo" show a more melodic side to the band, highlighting their versatility and songwriting chops. And let's not forget about the powerhouse drumming of Ben Thatcher, who absolutely slays on every track.
Overall, "Trouble's Coming" is a triumph for Royal Blood. It's loud, it's in-your-face, and it's damn catchy. So buckle up, dear readers, because Royal Blood are back and they mean business.
