Let's face it, rockabilly may not be everyone's cup of tea. But if you're a fan of hip-shaking rhythms, twangy guitars, and lyrics about fast cars and lost love, then this "Totally Essential Rockabilly" compilation is right up your alley.

From the opening track, you're transported back to the golden age of rock 'n' roll, when artists like Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly ruled the airwaves. The energy is infectious, the guitar licks are sharp, and the vocals are as slick as a greaser's pompadour.

Highlights include Jerry Lee Lewis's "Great Balls of Fire," which still manages to set dance floors on fire over six decades later.
