Album Review: SIX BY SEVEN - Then. Now And Neil

If you're like me, you probably remember SIX BY SEVEN from the late 90s, when they were at the forefront of the UK music scene. Well, here they are again with their latest offering, "Then. Now And Neil", and let me tell you, it's a doozy.

From the first track, "Dancing on the Head of a Pin", you can tell that SIX BY SEVEN haven't lost their touch. The raw energy and angst that made them famous are still present, but there's a maturity and depth to their sound that comes with age.

Songs like "Love on the Dole" and "Going Down" showcase the band's ability to mix catchy hooks with heavy, distorted guitars. It's a perfect blend of pop sensibility and rock grit that few bands can pull off.
