Emigrate, the side project of Rammstein's guitarist Richard Z. Kruspe, has always been a curious beast. On their latest album, "The Persistence of Memory," the band continues to blend elements of industrial rock with catchy, anthemic hooks.
The album opens with the pulsating track "I'm Just This Guy," a perfect example of Emigrate's ability to create a unique sound that still feels familiar. Kruspe's guitar work is as sharp as ever, slicing through the mix with precision.
