But it wasn't just his conducting skills that set Previn apart; his talents as a composer were equally impressive. With four Academy Awards under his belt for Best Original Score, including one for the iconic film "My Fair Lady," Previn was undeniably a force to be reckoned with in Hollywood. However, Previn's classical credentials were equally as impressive. He held positions as the principal conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra and the Los Angeles Philharmonic, showcasing his ability to effortlessly straddle the worlds of pop and high art. Despite his illustrious career, Previn never lost his sense of humour or his ability to connect with audiences of all ages.
