After stepping into the chaotic, avant-garde world of Imperial Triumphant's previous works, we were already prepared for a devilishly twisted ride with their latest album, "Spirit of Ecstasy." And boy, did they deliver.
From the opening track, "Rotted Futures," it's clear that this trio is not here to play nice. With its ferocious blast beats, jazzy interludes, and spine-chilling vocals, Imperial Triumphant immediately grabs your attention and refuses to let go.
The band's ability to seamlessly blend black metal with elements of avant-garde jazz and classical music is truly awe-inspiring.
