Ah, the latest offering from Stone Blue Electric certainly lives up to its name by speaking volumes - but whether those volumes are worth listening to is another matter entirely.
From the moment the retro-sounding synthesizers kick in on the opening track, you know you're in for a wild ride. But is it a ride worth taking? Well, that's up for debate. The band's mix of blues, rock, and electronic elements certainly sets them apart from their peers, but at times it feels more like a mishmash of genres than a cohesive whole.
