ALLIGATOR JACKSON's latest offering, "Southern Barbequein," is a tongue-in-cheek ode to all things down South, served up with a side of sass and plenty of hot sauce. From the opening track "Makin' Bacon in the Southern Sun" to the closing number "Grillin' and Chillin' Till the Cows Come Home," this album is a wild ride through the world of BBQ and bourbon.
The lyrics are as saucy as a rack of ribs, with Alligator Jackson's gravelly voice delivering lines like "Slap on the sauce, let it simmer low, we're cookin' up a storm, watch that smoke blow" with just the right amount of twang.
