Our Take
Our Take
Well, well, well, it looks like the King himself has graced us with another album. Yes, that's right, Elvis Presley is back with "Something For Everybody," and he certainly lives up to the title.
The album kicks off with the infectious groove of "There's Always Me," where Elvis' smooth vocals immediately draw you in. "Give Me the Right" keeps the energy up with its upbeat tempo and catchy melody. It's hard not to tap your feet along to this one.
But it's not all about the fast-paced numbers on this album. Tracks like "Starting Today" and "I Met Her Today" showcase Elvis' emotional depth and versatility as a performer. His crooning vocals on these slower tracks will tug at your heartstrings and have you reaching for the tissues.
Of course, no Elvis album would be complete without a healthy dose of rock and roll, and "Something For Everybody" delivers on that front too. "I'm Coming Home" and "Please Don't Drag That String Around" are filled with the infectious energy and rebellious spirit that made Elvis a legend in the first place.
Overall, "Something For Everybody" is a solid addition to Elvis' discography. It may not be his most groundbreaking work, but it's a fun, feel-good album that will have you dancing and singing along in no time. So grab your blue suede shoes and give this one a spin - you won't be disappointed.

About the artist
Elvis Presley
The King of Rock and Roll himself, Elvis Presley, needs no introduction. With his soulful vocals, electric stage presence, and iconic hip-shaking moves, Elvis revolutionised the music industry in the 1950s and left a lasting impact that still resonates to this day. From his early hits like "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Jailhouse Rock" to his later hits like "Suspicious Minds" and "Burning Love," Elvis's discography is a masterclass in blending rock, country, and gospel influences into a sound that was uniquely his own. But Elvis was more than just a musician; he was a cultural phenomenon. With his tousled hair, leather jumpsuits, and signature sideburns, Elvis became a fashion icon and a symbol of rebellion for a generation of teenagers. He starred in a string of successful films, including "Blue Hawaii" and "Viva Las Vegas," and his appearances on television were must-see events that drew millions of viewers. Despite his untimely death in 1977, Elvis's legacy lives on. His music continues to inspire artists across genres, and his impact on popular culture is still felt today. So put on your blue suede shoes, grab a peanut butter and banana sandwich, and join us as we take a deep dive into the wild, wonderful world of the one and only Elvis Presley. Thank you very much.
