Sham 69
SHAM 69 is the epitome of British punk rock. Formed in 1976 in Hersham, England, the band quickly became known for their anthemic songs, raucous live performances, and unapologetic attitude. Led by the charismatic frontman Jimmy Pursey, SHAM 69 captured the rebellious spirit of the late 1970s with their hit singles "If the Kids Are United" and "Hurry Up Harry."
