Our Take

The INTERRUPTERS' latest offering, "Say It Out Loud", is a raucous, high-energy ride from start to finish. This California-based ska-punk outfit have always been known for their infectious tunes and catchy hooks, and they certainly don't disappoint on this album.

From the get-go, lead singer Aimee Interrupter's powerful vocals grab the listener's attention and refuses to let go. Tracks like "By My Side" and "She Got Arrested" are instant classics, with anthemic choruses that are sure to get crowds pumping their fists in the air.

The band's signature blend of punk rock attitude and ska-influenced instrumentation is on full display here, creating a sound that is both familiar and fresh. Guitarist Kevin Bivona's killer riffs and the tight rhythm section of bassist Justin Bivona and drummer Jesse Bivona provide the perfect backdrop for Aimee's vocals to shine.

While "Say It Out Loud" may not break any new ground in terms of musical innovation, it more than makes up for it with its sheer exuberance and undeniable charm. This is music made for dancing, shouting, and having a damn good time.

So grab your skankin' shoes and get ready to skank your heart out to the irresistible sounds of INTERRUPTERS. "Say It Out Loud" is a must-listen for any fan of punk, ska, or just good old-fashioned rock 'n' roll. Go on, say it out loud – this album rocks.
