In the wild and wacky world of heavy metal, SAIGON KICK have carved out a niche all of their own. Hailing from Miami, Florida, this eccentric four-piece band burst onto the scene in the late 1980s with their unique blend of hard rock, glam and psychedelia. Fronted by the enigmatic vocalist Matt Kramer, SAIGON KICK quickly gained a reputation for their flamboyant live shows and catchy, anthemic tunes. Their 1991 self-titled debut album was a commercial success, thanks in no small part to their infectious single "Love is on the Way." But behind the glossy exterior, SAIGON KICK were no ordinary hair metal band. With influences ranging from The Beatles to Black Sabbath, their music was a melting pot of styles and genres, defying easy categorisation. Despite their early success, SAIGON KICK never quite reached the same heights as some of their contemporaries. But that hasn't stopped them from forging ahead, releasing a string of albums over the years that have won over a dedicated cult following.
