Our Take

Ah, FALL. The band that's been around longer than your parents' marriage (sorry, Mum). Their latest offering, Reformation Post TLC, is a rollercoaster of avant-garde post-punk goodness.

From the moment you press play, you're thrown headfirst into Mark E. Smith's chaotic world of nonsensical lyrics and discordant melodies. It's like being on a musical acid trip - you're not quite sure what's happening, but you're loving every moment of it.

The album kicks off with the hypnotic "Over!Over!" which sets the tone for the rest of the record. Smith's signature snarling vocals are in full force, backed by a cacophony of drums and guitars that will leave your head spinning (in a good way).

Tracks like "Jim's 'The Fall'" and "Blindness" showcase the band's ability to create a wall of sound that is both terrifying and exhilarating. It's the musical equivalent of riding a rollercoaster blindfolded - you never know what's coming next, but you're holding on for dear life.
