Our Take

We've seen legendary bands reform and come back with a bang, but Mudhoney's latest album "Plastic Eternity" is more like a gentle tap on the eardrums rather than a knockout blow. That's not necessarily a bad thing, mind you.

"Hey Neanderfuck" kicks things off with its signature raw energy, but it's tracks like "Psychedelic Mindfuck" where Mudhoney really shine.
