Our Take

YUMMY FUR's latest offering, "Piggy Wings," is a psychedelic rollercoaster ride through the bizarre and whimsical world of frontman Angus McBeef. The album kicks off with "Snout Tango," a toe-tapping romp that sets the tone for the rest of the record. McBeef's vocals are a cross between a pig's squeal and a banshee's wail, but somehow it works perfectly with the lo-fi guitar riffs and trippy synths.

Tracks like "Slop Pop" and "Mud Pie Madness" showcase the band's ability to blend catchy melodies with off-kilter lyrics that will leave you scratching your head in the best possible way.
