Our Take
Ah, 1989. A year of neon leggings, Rubik's Cubes, and shoulder pads big enough to land a plane on. And of course, the music! NOW Yearbook 1989 is a delightful time capsule of the hits that had us grooving in our perms and high-waisted jeans. The album kicks off with the iconic track "Like a Prayer" by Madonna, a song that still holds up today as a powerful pop anthem. From there, we are treated to the smooth sounds of Bobby Brown's "My Prerogative" and the infectious chorus of Milli Vanilli's "Blame It on the Rain".
