Our Take

Forget about the kin, this album is pure meh. KIN PING MEH's No. 2 & 3 is the musical equivalent of a lukewarm cup of tea - neither satisfying nor particularly exciting. The band's attempt to blend rock, blues, and prog influences falls flat, resulting in a mishmash of forgettable tracks that fail to make any lasting impression.

From the opening track, it's clear that KIN PING MEH is trying too hard to be everything at once. The overblown guitar solos, cheesy lyrics, and lacklustre vocals make for a frustrating listening experience that leaves you wondering why you bothered in the first place.
