MORTALS / REPELLERS Split: A Match Made in Indie Heaven
Indie darlings Mortals and Repellers have joined forces on this split EP, and the result is nothing short of magical. It’s like a musical love child born from the union of twee pop and shoegaze, with a healthy dose of lo-fi sensibility thrown in for good measure.
Mortals kick things off with their signature brand of whimsical folk-pop, complete with dreamy vocals and infectious hooks. Tracks like “Sunshine Parade” and “Midnight Picnic” are like a warm hug on a rainy day – utterly charming and impossible to resist.
On the flip side, Repellers bring their own brand of melodic noise to the table. Their distorted guitars and manic drumming create a wall of sound that is both exhilarating and slightly disorienting. Tracks like “Chaos in the Cosmos” and “Static Symphony” are like a sonic rollercoaster ride – you never quite know what’s coming next, but you can’t help but enjoy the ride.
Overall, the Mortals / Repellers split is a true gem of a record. It’s quirky, it’s fun, and it’s absolutely infectious. If you’re a fan of indie music that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this is definitely an album worth checking out.

- Orders under £20 - £3.49 Postage Fee.
- Next Day Delivery and International Shipping Options Available.
When Will My Order Arrive?
- Usually dispatched within 24 hours.
- Standard Delivery is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service and usually arrives within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
- Express Delivery is either Royal Mail Tracked 24, or DPD service, for delivery within 24 hours.
- Order before 2pm for next day delivery.
- We’ll aim to dispatch pre-orders so that you receive them on the release date.
- For orders back in stock soon, we expect to receive more stock within a week and will dispatch your order as soon as the stock has arrived.
Returns
- We’re happy to accept returns for unwanted items provided that they’re returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
