Album Review: FARWARMTH - Momentary Glow

It's fair to say that FARWARMTH's latest offering, Momentary Glow, is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the production is sleek and polished, with a sound that can best be described as dreamy and ethereal. But on the other hand, the lyrics leave a lot to be desired, with cliched phrases and predictable rhymes littered throughout the album.

Opening track "Infinite Bliss" sets the tone for the rest of the album, with its shimmering synths and hypnotic beats. It's a promising start, but unfortunately, things start to unravel pretty quickly. Tracks like "Lost in Time" and "Eternal Summer" feel like they're trying too hard to be profound, and end up coming across as pretentious instead.

That being said, there are some bright spots on Momentary Glow. "Midnight Melodies" is a catchy, upbeat track that showcases FARWARMTH's knack for crafting infectious hooks. And "Dancing in the Dark" is a moody, atmospheric ballad that stands out as one of the album's strongest moments.

Overall, Momentary Glow is a bit of a mixed bag. While FARWARMTH certainly has talent as a producer, they could do with putting a bit more effort into their lyrics. With some refinement and a bit more attention to detail, they could really shine. But for now, Momentary Glow falls a bit short of hitting the mark.
