Our Take

Buckle up and prepare to blast off into the cosmic realms of psychedelic rock with Carlton Melton's latest offering, "Mind Minerals." This album is a sonic journey like no other, taking listeners on a whirlwind of fuzzed-out guitars, hypnotic rhythms, and otherworldly textures.

From the moment you press play, you are greeted with a wall of sound that envelops you in a haze of psychedelic bliss. The band effortlessly blends elements of stoner rock, krautrock, and space rock to create a sound that is uniquely their own.

Tracks like "Electrified Sky" and "The Lighthouse" showcase the band's ability to create sprawling, hypnotic soundscapes that will transport you to another dimension. The swirling guitars and pulsating drums will send shivers down your spine and make you feel like you're floating through the cosmos.

But don't be fooled by the band's laid-back vibes – there is a raw energy and intensity that bubbles beneath the surface, ready to explode at any moment. This is best exemplified in the explosive riffs of "Atmospheric River" and the thunderous drums of "Psychoticedelicosis."

Overall, "Mind Minerals" is a mind-bending journey through the depths of space and time, a sonic odyssey that will leave you craving more. So sit back, relax, and let Carlton Melton take you on a trip you won't soon forget.
