Bryan and the Haggards, featuring the eccentric Dr. Eugene Chadbourne, have once again treated us to a wild and wacky musical adventure with their latest release, "Merles Just Want to Have Fun." The traditional twang of the Haggards' instruments is twisted and contorted into bizarre new shapes by Chadbourne's avant-garde sensibilities.
