Our Take

Various Artists have come together to deliver a smorgasbord of love-infused tracks on "Love Is Only Moments Away," but unfortunately, the only thing that feels "moments away" is my next toilet break. This compilation is a mishmash of soppy ballads and cheesy anthems that would make even Barry White cringe.

Let's start with the positives, shall we? The album art is pretty, and the tracklisting is diverse. From romantic classics to contemporary chart-toppers, there's a little something for everyone. But that's where the compliments end.

The production on this record is as bland as a soggy biscuit left out in the rain. The arrangements lack sparkle, the vocals lack emotion, and the overall vibe is as exciting as watching paint dry. I can't help but feel like I'm trapped in a lift with an exuberant wedding DJ, forced to listen to the same tired love songs on repeat.
