Bloody 'ell, mate, strap in for a right earful with Soundgarden's "Louder Than Love." The man's pipes could shatter pint glasses at twenty paces, and he's backed up by a wall of sound that hits you like a double decker bus. Tracks like "Loud Love" and "Full On Kevin's Mom" are absolute bangers that'll have you headbanging like a loon in no time. But it's not all about the noise, mate. Soundgarden ain't afraid to get a bit moody and introspective on tracks like "I Awake" and "I Am the Highway," showing off a depth and nuance that sets them apart from your average grunge band. And let's not forget about Kim Thayil's face-melting guitar work – the man's a proper wizard on the six-string.
