Lord Sutch, the self-proclaimed "Black Sabbath of rock 'n' roll," has returned from the crypt with his latest offering, aptly titled Lord Sutch and Heavy Friends. And boy, does this album live up to its name. From the moment the needle drops on the opening track, "Wailing Sounds," you're transported to a world where electric guitars reign supreme and the only rule is to rock out with your frock out. Lord Sutch's growling vocals are a force to be reckoned with, as he howls and wails his way through each track with a reckless abandon that is both thrilling and terrifying.
