Our Take

Parcels Live Vol. 1 is a rollercoaster of disco-infused madness that will have you grooving harder than your grandma after a few too many sherries at Christmas. These Aussie boys know how to bring the party to your eardrums, with infectious beats that will have you tapping your toes and bopping your head like a drunk pigeon at a rave.

The album kicks off with the funky "Lightenup" which sets the tone for the rest of the record. It's impossible not to get swept up in the infectious energy of tracks like "Tape" and "Withorwithout" which will have you feeling like you're at Studio 54 in the 70s, minus the questionable fashion choices.

Parcels Live Vol. 1 is a masterclass in disco revivalism, with nods to legends like Chic and Daft Punk sprinkled throughout. It's the kind of album that makes you want to dust off your dancing shoes and hit the nearest club, even if you've got two left feet and a distinct lack of rhythm.

So, grab a glow stick, throw on your shiniest outfit, and get ready to boogie down to Parcels Live Vol. 1. This album is a banger from start to finish and will have you shaking your booty like there's no tomorrow. Disco lives on, baby!
