Our Take
The Who's live recording in Philadelphia is like a pint of warm beer at a late-night pub gig - slightly off, but unforgettable. This iconic band may have been around the block a few too many times, but they still know how to put on a show. Pete Townshend's windmill guitar strums and Roger Daltrey's unmistakeable vocals transport you back to a time when rock 'n' roll ruled the airwaves. Tracks like "My Generation" and "Pinball Wizard" are energetic and full of the rebellious spirit that made The Who legendary. However, some of the songs feel a bit worn out, like an old pair of leather trousers that have seen better days.
