As we delve deeper into the album, it becomes apparent that Flagstad's unique tone is an acquired taste, like expired cheese or durian fruit.

Her rendition of "Ombra mai fu" is so over-the-top that it's almost camp, like a drag queen performing in an opera house on fire.
