This Chicago-based musician brings a raw and soulful energy to his music that is sure to get your feet tapping and your hips swaying. From the opening track, "Blues in My Blood," LOCKWOOD JR. ROBERT sets the tone for the rest of the album. His gritty vocals and killer guitar licks instantly transport you to a smoky blues club in the heart of the Windy City. Tracks like "Midnight Train" and "Sweet Home Chicago" showcase LOCKWOOD JR. ROBERT's ability to blend traditional blues with a modern twist. His lyrics are relatable and heartfelt, drawing you in with every word. But it's not all serious business with LOCKWOOD JR. ROBERT. Songs like "Boogie Woogie Baby" and "Shake Your Tailfeather" inject a healthy dose of fun and frivolity into the mix.
