Our Take

Extreme Noise Terror and Filtkick have joined forces in a new explosive collaboration, "In It For Life". This album is a sonic assault on the senses, a cacophony of chaos and catharsis that will leave you reeling in its wake.

From the opening track, "Anarchy in the UK", it's clear that ENT and Filtkick are not here to play nice. The blistering guitars, thunderous drums, and guttural vocals combine to create a wall of sound that is as brutal as it is beautiful.

Tracks like "No Escape" and "Burn It Down" showcase the raw energy and intensity that both bands are known for, while songs like "Scream of Consciousness" and "Chaos Reigns" offer a more nuanced approach, with intricate melodies and dynamic shifts.

But what really sets "In It For Life" apart is the sense of urgency and purpose that pervades every moment of the album. ENT and Filtkick are not content to simply make noise - they are here to make a statement, to shake things up, to challenge the status quo.

So, if you're looking for an album that will leave you breathless, exhilarated, and maybe a little bit terrified, look no further than "In It For Life". Extreme Noise Terror and Filtkick have delivered a masterpiece of mayhem that demands to be heard. Don't say we didn't warn you.

About the artist

Extreme Noise Terror/Filthkick

EXTREME NOISE TERROR Extreme Noise Terror burst onto the British punk scene in the late 1980s with their ferocious blend of crust punk and hardcore. Known for their blistering guitar riffs, relentless drumming, and politically charged lyrics, ENT have become icons of the DIY punk movement. Formed in Ipswich in 1985, the band quickly gained a reputation for their explosive live shows and uncompromising sound. With albums like "A Holocaust in Your Head" and "Damage 381," Extreme Noise Terror have cemented their place as one of the most influential punk bands of all time. Lead singer Dean Jones's guttural vocals are a force to be reckoned with, cutting through the chaos of the band's intense sound like a chainsaw through butter. Guitarist Ollie Jones's razor-sharp riffs and solos add a layer of aggression to the mix, while bassist Andi Morris and drummer Mick Harris provide a solid foundation with their thunderous rhythm section. Extreme Noise Terror's music is not for the faint of heart. With songs tackling topics like war, social injustice, and environmental destruction, ENT aren't afraid to confront the issues that others shy away from. But don't let their heavy subject matter fool you – these guys know how to have a good time too. So if you're looking for a sonic assault on your senses, Extreme Noise Terror are the band for you. Just be prepared to mosh, shout, and maybe even start a revolution. Because with ENT, anything is possible.
