Our Take

Heavens Edge, the 80s rockers from Philadelphia, are back with their latest offering "Get It Right" and let me tell you, they certainly got something right with this album. If you're a fan of big hair, power ballads, and guitar solos that would make Slash jealous, then this is the record for you.

From the opening track "Jump Off the Wheel" to the closing ballad "Waiting for the End of the World," Heavens Edge deliver a dose of nostalgia that feels both familiar and refreshing. The band's signature blend of melodic hooks and anthemic choruses is present throughout, making it impossible not to sing along.

Lead vocalist Mark Evans showcases his impressive range, hitting those high notes with ease and emotion. Meanwhile, the twin guitar attack of Reggie Wu and Steve Parry is on full display, shredding through every solo with precision and flair.

Tracks like "Rock Steady" and "Can't Catch Me" are sure to get your head banging, while the power ballad "We Got It All" will have you reaching for your lighter (or smartphone) to sway along in true 80s fashion.
