Our Take

Look, if you're not already on the Fu Manchu bandwagon, then what are you even doing with your life? Fu30 / Pt. 3 is the latest offering from these California stoner rock legends, and let me tell you, it's an absolute banger.

From the moment you press play, you're hit with that signature Fu Manchu sound - fuzzy guitars, pounding drums, and vocals that sound like they've been soaked in whiskey for a week. It's like being transported back to the 90s, but in a really cool time machine that also serves craft beer.

Tracks like "I Can't Believe" and "Sleestak" will have you headbanging so hard, you'll give yourself whiplash. And don't even get me started on "Nowhere Left to Hide", which is essentially the soundtrack to every epic road trip you've ever taken.

Fu Manchu have been doing this for over three decades, and their experience shines through on every single track. They're like a fine wine that only gets better with age, except instead of wine, it's loud, riff-heavy rock music.

So do yourself a favour and pick up Fu30 / Pt. 3. It's the perfect album to crank up while cruising down the highway with the wind in your hair and a big, dumb grin on your face. Trust me, you won't regret it.

With their unmistakable sound, FU MANCHU has carved out a niche for themselves in a genre that is often overlooked by mainstream audiences. Their music is perfect for blasting at full volume while cruising down the highway with the wind in your hair and the sun on your face. FU MANCHU's discography is a testament to their consistency and unwavering commitment to their craft. From their debut album "No One Rides for Free" to their most recent release "Clone of the Universe," each record is a sonic journey that takes the listener on a wild ride through the desert of their minds.
