Ah, the Extra Longpigsin – a truly intriguing addition to the Longpigs discography. This album is a rollercoaster of eclectic sounds and quirky lyrics that will leave you scratching your head in both confusion and delight.

From the opening track, "Piggy Parade," it's clear that Longpigs are not afraid to take risks and experiment with their music. The combination of jangly guitars, off-kilter percussion, and lead singer Pete's distinctive vocals create a sonically rich tapestry that is both captivating and slightly unnerving.

Tracks like "Sausage Symphony" and "Bacon Blues" showcase Longpigs' playful approach to songwriting, with wry observations about life, love, and pork products woven throughout.
