Our Take

Ah, The Vaccines, the band that just won't quit. Like a relentless ex-lover, they keep coming back for more. And much to our surprise, their latest album, "English Graffiti," is actually a pretty decent listen.

From the opening track, "Handsome," you can feel the band's energy pulsating through your veins. It's like a shot of espresso straight to the heart, waking you up from your music slumber. But don't get too excited just yet, because things start to take a bit of a nosedive with "Dream Lover."

The song is a bit of a snooze fest, with its lacklustre chorus and uninspired lyrics. But fear not, because The Vaccines redeem themselves with tracks like "20/20" and "Want You So Bad." These songs are like a breath of fresh air, injecting life back into the album.
