Fields of the Nephilim have once again transported us to the dark, mystical realm with their latest offering, Elizium. This album is a brooding masterpiece that seamlessly blends gothic rock with post-punk influences. From the haunting vocals to the atmospheric instrumentals, every track on Elizium is a captivating journey into the underworld. The opening track, "Dead but Dreaming," sets the tone for the album with its ominous synths and eerie guitars. It's like being lulled into a trance by a coven of vampires, and honestly, I'm here for it.
