If there's one thing we can always count on, it's Vivaldi bringing the heat with his concerti. And in this second volume of the Dresden Concerti series by Baraldi, ACC Filarmonic, and Martini, the heat is turned all the way up to full blast.
From the moment you hit play, you're hit with a whirlwind of strings, brass, and woodwinds that will have you dancing in your living room like it's a royal ball. The craftsmanship and finesse displayed in these performances are truly something to behold, with each musician bringing their A-game to the table.
The standout track for us has to be "Concerto in G major, RV 188: II. Andante," where the violins weave a tapestry of sound so beautiful, it's almost overwhelming. The way the melody twists and turns, never quite settling on one emotion, will leave you breathless and yearning for more.
