Album Review: CORNELIUS - Dream In Dreamin
If you're ready to take a sonic trip to Dreamland, look no further than CORNELIUS' latest offering, Dream In Dreamin. This album is like that weird dream you had where you were flying on a giant cotton candy cloud, but instead of being terrified, you were actually having the time of your life.
From the moment you press play, you're transported to a whimsical world of quirky sounds and infectious beats. The opening track, "Dreamy Delight," sets the tone perfectly with its dreamy melodies and psychedelic vibes. It's like floating through a Technicolor dream world, where reality and imagination collide in a blur of kaleidoscope colors.
As the album progresses, it's clear that CORNELIUS has a knack for creating music that is both playful and thought-provoking. Tracks like "Fantasy Funk" and "Cosmic Carousel" showcase his ability to blend genres seamlessly, creating a sound that is uniquely his own.
Overall, Dream In Dreamin is a joyride from start to finish. It's the kind of album that will make you want to dance, laugh, and maybe even shed a tear or two. So, grab your headphones, close your eyes, and let CORNELIUS take you on a musical journey you won't soon forget. Trust me, you'll be dreaming about this album for weeks to come.

Cornelius is the innovative Japanese artist who has been pushing the boundaries of music for over two decades. With his unique blend of electronic, experimental, and pop sounds, he has gained a cult following around the world. Born Keigo Oyamada in Setagaya, Tokyo in 1969, Cornelius began his music career in the early 1990s as a member of the influential Shibuya-kei band Flipper's Guitar. But it wasn't until he struck out on his own as Cornelius that he truly began to make waves in the music industry. His debut album, "The First Question Award," was released in 1994 and quickly established him as a force to be reckoned with. Incorporating elements of shoegaze, bossa nova, and avant-garde, the album was a breath of fresh air in the stale music scene of the time. Since then, Cornelius has released several critically acclaimed albums, including "Fantasma" and "Point," which have cemented his reputation as a true innovator in the world of music. His live performances are a sight to behold, with stunning visuals and intricate arrangements that showcase his immense talent and creativity. With his quirky sense of style and penchant for experimentation, Cornelius continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in music. Whether he's sampling sounds from nature or creating intricate loops with his guitar, there's no denying that he is a true musical genius. So, if you're looking for a truly unique musical experience, look no further than Cornelius. He's the artist who refuses to be confined by genre or convention, and his music is a testament to the power of creativity and innovation.
