If you were to judge a book by its cover, you might assume VARIOUS ARTISTS' latest compilation album, Dinner By Candlelight, would be a romantic, slow jam-filled journey through a candlelit dinner for two. But pop that CD in your player (yes, I said CD, I'm old school like that), and you'll be in for a wild, unpredictable ride that will have you questioning everything you thought you knew about music.
