Our Take
Darkthrone, the Norwegian black metal pioneers who have been shaking up the metal scene since the late 80s, have returned with their 2008 album "Dark Thrones & Black Flags." This album sees the duo of Fenriz and Nocturno Culto continuing their exploration of raw, old school black metal that harkens back to the genre's roots.
