Our Take

Sugar's debut album "Copper Blue" is a sugar rush of power pop ecstasy. Bob Mould of Hüsker Dü fame leads this trio with the ferocity of a punk rock tornado, but with the catchy hooks and melodies of a seasoned pop savant.
