Our Take
Jonah Tolchin’s latest offering, Clover Lane, is like a breath of fresh air on a stuffy train carriage. With his unique blend of Americana and folk influences, Tolchin manages to slay the demons of the past while still keeping things light and breezy. From the moment the first track kicks in, you know you’re in for a wild ride. Tolchin’s gravelly vocals are as comforting as a warm cuppa on a rainy day, while his lyrics cut through the fog of mediocrity like a double-decker bus through rush hour traffic.
