Our Take

HUMBLE PIE's California 81 is a glorious mishmash of 80s rock and roll bravado, with a touch of California sun-soaked nostalgia thrown in for good measure. The album kicks off with "Doomsday," a track that perfectly encapsulates the band's carefree attitude and love for all things excess. Lead singer Steve Marriott's vocals soar over the infectious guitar riffs, making it impossible not to tap your foot along.
