Ah, Deicide's "Bible Bashers" - a delightful romp through blasphemous territory that will have you headbanging in no time. This album is a rollercoaster of satanic riffs and demonic growls that will leave you questioning your own morality (in the best possible way). From the opening track "666 Ways to Die", it's clear that Deicide are not messing around. The guitar work is razor-sharp and the drums are pounding like the devil's heartbeat. You can practically feel the flames of hell licking at your feet as you listen. Lead vocalist Glen Benton's signature guttural vocals are as menacing as ever, invoking images of pitchfork-wielding demons and unholy blood sacrifices. It's a true masterclass in extreme metal vocals, and Benton's performance on tracks like "Sacrilege" and "Black Mass" is absolutely spine-chilling. But it's not all fire and brimstone - there are some surprisingly catchy hooks on this album as well. Tracks like "Hellbound" and "Purgatory" will have you singing along, even if you're not entirely sure what you're singing about. Overall, "Bible Bashers" is a devilishly good time from start to finish. It's a perfect soundtrack for a night of sinful debauchery or just a casual stroll through the graveyard.
