Our Take

Avoid One Thing's self-titled album is a riotous romp through the punk rock landscape, filled with catchy hooks and infectious energy. With their tongue firmly planted in cheek, this band delivers a rollicking good time that is sure to get you up on your feet and dancing.

From the opening chords of "Lean On Sheena" to the raucous closer "Pop Punk Band," Avoid One Thing never lets up, keeping the adrenaline pumping throughout the entire record.
