It’s a tradition for many, but to make sure that magic moment happens, the journey from our castle to your turntable needs a little planning.

As the festive season ramps up, our team at Vinyl Castle is working tirelessly to ensure your favourite albums arrive in time to be wrapped and placed under the tree. To help you beat the holiday rush and avoid the dreaded "delivery pending" notification on Christmas Eve, we’ve put together everything you need to know about our last posting dates.

The Clock is Ticking

We know how easy it is to let time slip away during the holidays. One minute you're opening the first door on your advent calendar, and the next, you're panic-buying wrapping paper on the 23rd. But unlike picking up a box of chocolates from the corner shop, shipping vinyl requires care and time.

To guarantee your records arrive safely before the big day, please take note of our recommended last order dates:

• UK Orders: Friday, 19th December
  (All UK post is sent with Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 and usually arrives within 48 hours.)
• International Orders: Wednesday, 17th December
  (All international orders are shipped via FedEx Tracked, with delivery in 2–6 working days.)

While our courier partners are Santa’s little helpers in high-vis jackets, the postal network gets incredibly busy during December. We strongly recommend ordering as early as possible. To help accommodate late-night shoppers and those hunting for that elusive limited edition pressing, the Vinyl Castle team is extending our packing hours. From the 1st of December, our warehouse has been operating seven days a week to process orders faster than ever.
